What are natural numbers?

Natural numbers are ordinary counting numbers 1,2,3,4,5…. to inifinity.

Conventions

1. A set of positive integers {1, 2, 3, …}
2. A traditional definition; a set of non-negative integers {0, 1, 2, …}

Note: The difference between conventions is simply the zero.

Examples:

{0,1,2,3,4,5…}

{1,2,3,4,5…}
